A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BS in Industrial Engineering, Carrie is an excellent problem solver and a successful sales strategist. Carrie’s technical skills enable her to study the real estate market in a complex manner, giving both buyers and sellers a deeper understanding of current market conditions. “Each seller I represent has a unique story and objectives. My goal is to develop a sales strategy which will net my sellers the maximum proceeds possible while seeking to minimize the stress and strain of the whole sales experience.”

Carrie has a love of great architecture and design. She adores the variety and quality of homes in the greater Pasadena area and feels passionately about the lifestyle and financial benefits of home ownership. As a home renovator and real estate investor herself, Carrie has a vision for what a home can become and brings this experience and knowledge to her clients. “I want all of my clients to profit from their real estate investments. My eye is always out for homes and locations that will provide a fantastic living environment for my clients and also offer the opportunity for great upside when they are ready to turn around and sell it.”

As a long-time resident of San Marino, Carrie is particularly passionate about the community and is deeply familiar with its lovely neighborhoods and amenities. Carrie writes a weekly column for the San Marino Tribune, called “The San Marino Real Estate Report.” The weekly article sprung out of her online blog by the same title, and this work keeps her readers up-to-date with current market trends, buying opportunities, and other topics of interest. Her husband grew up in San Marino, so it was a natural choice for them to raise their children in this wonderful town, enabling them to attend the top-rated San Marino schools. Carrie dedicated many years to volunteering within the San Marino Unified School District and received several awards for her work.
