Carrie Benuska is a local Realtor who specializes in the city of San Marino. Unlike most Real Estate Agents, Carrie decided to get her photo taken by someone other than the passport people. She looked around at several professional photographers and landed on me. I find it odd, the very people who rely on their photo to draw people in end up using the most boring photo or even worse, a head shot they had taken over 20 years ago. To be honest, if someone showed up looking 20 years older than what I expected my immediate reaction would be “bate and switch” and I would not do business with them. What a waste of time for both of us! Carrie is different: honest, sincere, and most of all so much fun! We had such a great time walking the grounds of Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena.
